| The Pivot Pro Articulating Jib Crane by Gorbel |
|
 The Pivot Pro is the newest addition to Gorbel's line of jib cranes. The Pivot Pro is a light weight articulating jib crane that is especially useful for vacuum and air applications with capacities up to 150 lbs. The force required to start and stop boom rotation is so much less than with other types of cranes that it significantly reduces injury, improves safety and increases productivity. It's available in a Free Standing unit or a Wall/Column Mounted unit.
The Pivot Pro's ergonomic design helps you position loads in places traditional jibs cannot reach. The Freestanding Pivot Pro is capable of 360º non-continuous coverage around the mast, with the secondary arm covering 200º of rotation. The Wall Mounted Jib is capable of 200º rotation and the primary arm 300º.

| Light Capacity Tool Jibs by Gorbel |
|
 Do you have tool balancers, nut runners, torque tools, or even welding units that need to be hung out of the way? The Tool Solution Jibs are a new addition to Gorbel's enclosed track workstation jib product line. They have been designed to be a smaller, lighter and more cost effective solution for applications with suspended tools. Available in 50 - 100 lb. capacities.
With the new Tool Solution Jibs, work areas can be organized to be a safer, productive work environment where the risk of cumulative trauma is reduced and valuable tools are protected.

| The New Q and iQ Easy Arms by Gorbel |
|
|
 The Easy Arm Intelligent Lifting Arm is a turn-key, plug and play lifting solution with all the strength, precision and speed of Gorbel's patented G-Force lifting technology and processor controlled electric servo drive system in the body of an ergonomic articulating jib crane.
Gorbel's Easy Arm has been improved to handle higher capacities and the newest features from the Q and iQ G-Force. The line will include a 165 lb. and a 330 lb. unit with spans up to 14' and heights under hook to 11'.
The new Easy Arms still have Float Mode allowing the operators to precisely and effortlessly orient loads. The new iQ unit now offers a Dual Load Weight Float Mode Input that allows the Easy Arm to distinguish between loads based on their weight without reprogramming. The Auto Home Input feature allows the Easy Arm to automatically travel back to a home position in the vertical travel path. Virtual Limits can be programmed to tell the Easy Arm when to stop or change speeds while Speed Reduction Points shift to a lower speed for precise positioning of fragile loads.
Safety features have also improved. The Operator Present Function, located in the handle, uses a built in photo sensor to prevent the unit from moving until the operator initiates movement. The Anti-Drop Input prevents the end effector from releasing a load in mid-air by sensing when a load weight has been alleviated.

Aimco has extensive experience in the design and manufacture of end effector tooling, from simple configurations to complex. Aimco is dedicated to safety in the workplace. Their new patent-pending Pneumatic Overload Circuit eliminates unsafe lifting conditions and protects delicate payloads, end tooling and personnel. Blocking valves prevent the arm and/or load from falling in the event of air loss or disruption. The "set-down" load at rest safety feature prevents the load from being released until it has been set on a sturdy surface. Speed controls can be provided for almost any powered movement to give the operator optimal speed.
