DID YOU KNOW?
Arch Beam

Arch Beams Pose A Real Danger To
Workers

Even though Cleveland Tramrail's Arch Beam was last produced in 1962 it is still prevalent in a some plants today. The welds in Arch Beam can weaken over time and experience Martensitc Failure. resulting in the bottom rail peeling away from the web plate. This safety issue should be brought to the attention of management immediately.

Just Doing Our Job

"[ I ] Just wanted to send a quick note to say 'Thank You' for the wonderful customer service that Zenmar has given to Kinsley Construction, Inc. Your service has always been terrific but today your employees went above and beyond. I called at 2:30 this afternoon with an emergency (I needed 24 rivet buster bits for first thing tomorrow morning). I explained my situation to Jason and he made it happen. This afternoon at 3:30 Tim arrived with my 24 bits, as well as many other orders. Thanks again to Jason and Tim for going above and beyond for Kinsley.

I also have to comment on the other employees you have that I deal with on a regular basis. Antoine, Dominic and Linda. They are also very helpful and great to work with. You both [Anne and Ralph] have done a great job with your employees. Their commitment to you and the company speak highly of you as well.

Thanks again and I look forward to many more years of doing business with a great company."

Cleveland Tramrail's Patented Tarca ® Track

What is it?Cleveland Tramrail's unique patented Tarca ® Track Systems continue to be the benchmark of the overhead material handling industry.

Their three piece welded construction is a compound section of a mild steel top flange, web and specially rolled high-carbon steel lower rail. Tarca ® systems are characterized by consistently straight rail sections and durable, high quality Tarca ® components. Our Tarca ® systems offer unmatched versatility, durability and ease of installation.

Why Tarca ® Track Over Structural Steel Track?

A Structural I-beam is rolled from soft, mild steel according to fairly loose steel mill tolerances. Its beveled flange prevents wheels from making balanced contact, causing uneven wear and shortened track life. Cleveland Tramrail's unique Tarca ® Track, with its special raised tread and high carbon track, is superior to I-beams in strength, durability and consistency.

Gorbel is excited to announce the introduction of our TETHER TRACK™ Rigid Rail Fall Arrest Anchor System. TETHER TRACK™ bridge or monorail systems are a reliable, cost-effective way to reduce the risk of injury in elevated work environments. Compared to wire rope systems, TETHER TRACK™ offers shorter free fall distances, reduced risk of secondary fall injuries, longer distances between support centers, and no negative impact on a second worker in the event of someone falling.

Dennington Safety Harnesses

Dennington safety harnesses are the only harnesses on the market that exceed OSHA standards by keeping you to a maximum fall distance of 6 feet without elongation.
