On October 11th our Vice President, Anne Wismer, ran the Chicago Marathon. This was her third marathon and her best finish yet. 5:00:19. This was a 53 minute improvement over her first marathon three years ago. The temperature was 33 degrees at the start. This was challenging after training for this all summer. It was a very exciting race with over 35,000 participants. Anne came in 148th in her age division (55-59 female). She is currently in the lottery drawing for the ING New York Marathon next November 7, 2010. Congratulations Anne.
