As some of you may know, in addition to working for Zenmar, I serve as a reservist with the United States Coast Guard. I have been in the USCG for three years. As of 01JAN10, my former rate as a Port Security Specialist changed to a Public Affairs Specialist Petty Officer Third Class. A part of this lateral move to the PA rate requires a three month training course that I have been ordered to attend. This training course will begin on 22MAR10 and run through 18JUN10. While at my three month school I plan to be a part of the day to day operations between Zenmar and all of my customers. I will continue to check my voicemail and email to be of service to your needs. Due to the nature of the training course, my access may be limited at times and will not allow responses to you as fast as I would like. In order to better serve you, for a more urgent response, please feel free to contact the office directly to schedule any repair pick up, product quotes and sales orders. Our inside sales and service staff are very willing to assist you in my physical absence.
