Zenmar is currently looking for an outside sales/quality service specialist for our Baltimore sales territory. This is a fast paced, self directed work environment that offers diversity and challenges on a daily basis. Individual will be working in foundries, steel mills, construction sites, maintenance facilities, utilities and manufacturing facilities performing “hands on” applications to customers.

Responsibilities Include:

Build long term, profitable customer relationships by building trust and earning the customer's respect.

Develop and enhance sales of all product groups by penetrating the existing customer base, cross selling and up selling.

Acquire new customers through effective prospecting.

Observe and promote with our customers high safety standards and techniques through personal performance and value-added demonstrations/presentations.

Routinely and regularly contact new and established customers.

Maximize sales while minimizing cost by presenting the entire spectrum of Zenmar products and services and by choosing the most cost effective method of delivery, presentation and contact.

Continuously improve the total sales dollars and GPM generated for your territory.

Continuously improve product knowledge and search for new applications of existing products or new innovative products to solve application needs.

Individual will perform tool demonstrations, problem solving to include research and understanding of customer operations and tool applications in order to suggest additional cost saving opportunities for the customers.

Applicant must be proficient with Microsoft programs, provide a valid driver’s license, and have internet capabilities. Prior experience is helpful but not necessary.
