Fixture for Dual Spindle Nutrunner
Challenge: Provide a floor mounted dual spindle nutrunner arm to replace the existing system. Reduce cycle time by 50%. Work within constraints of small bolt patterns.

Solution: Jomat Industries designed a fixture that consisted of a floor mounted vertical arm with pivot brakes suspending a multi positional high torque fastening tool. Enables operator to safely fasten engine components with minimal effort. With this system, they can fasten (2) at a time.
